Mr. Dougherty is an Associate Director in the Philadelphia office of Navigant Consulting’s Global Construction Practice. He brings extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery techniques to the design and construction industries. Mr. Dougherty has experience in the analysis and resolution of complex issues – both technical and business process - relevant to owners, designers, contractors and construction managers engaging BIM. He has extensive experience in the preparation of comprehensive BIM Implementation Risk Assessment Plans, as well as project-specific, multi-stakeholder BIM Execution Plans.
