Timothy Douek is a Director in Navigant's Energy Practice. He has 15 years of market analysis and consulting experience in the energy and utilities industry and has served numerous client organizations across the regulated and deregulated sectors of the industry. A respected advisor to the management teams of many leading utilities in the North America and Europe, he works principally in 3 areas: 1) working with clients in the collection and analysis of information that will assist in the development and implementation of corporate and business unit strategies; 2) design/evaluation of utility energy efficiency programs; and 3) customer operations business process enhancement.
