Diana is a Senior Advisor to the Energy practice focusing on the Middle East. Diana has had significant experience providing strategic and financial services in privatization, restructuring, and acquisitions in the energy sector – focusing primarily in the utility and water sector. She has worked in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the US in energy projects.
She also provided forensic accounting services as the project leader for the reconstruction of the foreign debt schedule for the Government of Iraq after the second Iraq war. This project consisted of the reconciliation and rescheduling of the Iraq Sovereign Debt with the Paris Club countries, other governments, and commercial contractors.
