Mr. Dennis is a Managing Director in the Global Construction practice, with 20 years’ experience providing damages consulting and expert witness services on construction, bankruptcy, financial institution, and other disputed commercial contract matters. His experience with the accounting, financial, economic and management aspects of business spans many industries, from transportation, public works, residential/commercial developments, oil and gas, to hospitality, healthcare, banking and intellectual property. Mr. Dennis analyzes and prepares claims, performs forensic accounting and special purpose investigations, and provides expert testimony (including deposition and trial testimony in Federal and State Courts and Arbitrations).
