Celia David is a Director in the Energy Practice's Power Systems, Markets and Pricing group. Ms. David has more than 10 years of experience as an executive in the energy business, and an additional 18 years of experience as a practicing lawyer. She has significant business and legal experience in a wide range of matters in and outside of the energy business, including operational optimization, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, electric utility regulation, transmission policy and markets, financial transactions and corporate real estate.
She joined Navigant from Exelon Corporation, one of the nation's largest electric utilities.
