As a Director within our UK Public Services practice Rob brings over 18 years experience in change management across a wide variety of sectors and within both public and private sector organisations. Whilst his subject matter expertise tends towards technology driven change projects he has led organisations through change on many levels - from simple service and team improvement through to fully functional organisation design. In a local government context he has structured project and programme delivery teams, brokered and developed PPP relationships, and re-designed service delivery functions aiming to achieve both efficiency and improved customer satisfaction.
