Kevin Cornish is a Managing Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice, and is the national leader of the Healthcare Dispute and Investigations segment which specializes in providing financial, economic, investigative, clinical, operational and industry expertise assistance to health sciences, providers, payers, physicians and the health law community.
With more than 18 years of experience, Kevin brings a deep background in clinical, operational and financial aspects across all healthcare segments to assist clients in the proactive identification of risk as well as the reactive defense of litigation and investigation. He regularly assists clients and their counsels meet and interact with agencies such as the Office of Inspector General of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice and States Attorney General. Kevin has developed many leading investigative methodologies recognized by these offices and is regularly called upon to assist clients in developing legal, compliance and disclosure strategies. Mr. Cornish is also frequently called upon to testify as an expert in areas of healthcare billing and operations.
Mr. Cornish is also the editor of Healthcare Week in Review, a Navigant weekly digest of national news and events in the areas of Investigations, Litigation, and Settlements; Legislative Proposals and Regulations; and Compliance.
