Tony Cord is a Director on the Business Development team in the Washington, DC office where he is responsible for recognizing the complex issues our clients face and bringing them the critical resources to address their expert needs in disputes and investigations.
Mr. Cord works with clients to recommend the most appropriate collaborative professional service teams in the Disputes & Investigations Practice, who can leverage their skills across most industries to assist legal counsel and the corporate marketplace, providing services on white collar matters, securities litigation, regulatory, bankruptcy and restructuring and multi-party and class action litigations. Expert services include: litigation support, expert witness testimony, valuation, M&A, and due diligence.
