Warwick has been a Managing Director in Navigant's Financial Services Europe (FSE) practice, and has over 18 years experience in the financial services sector. He is the Sales Director for the Insurance practice and FSE's Strategy Director responsible for launching new industries, service lines and geographies. On the consultancy front, Warwick specialises in Life and Pensions, including IT effectiveness, outsourcing/insourcing/offshoring and organisation design, as well as programme management and contract negotiation.
Warwick worked at Andersen Consulting for 10 years in the financial services practice in the UK, mainland Europe and US, before joining Troika in its infancy in 1998. Warwick joined FSE in 2007 when Navigant acquired Troika. Warwick is passionate about his work, but since joining Troika/Navigant has been able to balance this with his other passions: his kids Daisy and Theo, cooking and rugby where he is Head Coach of Newbury under 12s and still plays for Newbury Old Boars rugby team.
