Keith is a Director in the Healthcare practice and a team leader for pharmacy services for healthcare providers.
The team that Keith leads is responsible for providing advisory services to pharmacy providers ranging from single hospital based pharmacies to large medical centers with multiple pharmacies. Services range from strategy related projects to operational and financial performance improvement initiatives. Over the past four years, Keith and the pharmacy team have assisted over 175 organizations reduce costs, increase revenues, and achieve operating efficiencies.
Prior to pharmacy services, Keith participated in the management of multiple service offerings of a large regulatory practice and was responsible for daily operations and production for teams across the country. This was specific to Disproportionate Share and SSI. Additionally, Keith has revenue cycle experience in business office redesign and cash acceleration projects
