Alan Capps joined Navigant’s Global Construction Practice as a Director in the Hong Kong office.
Alan is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 30 years experience in the construction and engineering industries. Alan has received appointments to act as Independent Advisor and been appointed as Testifying Expert Witness on a wide range of Quantum disputes in the context of final account settlement, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings. Alan’s project experience includes building, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical and heavy engineering projects. Projects undertaken include those within the nuclear power sector, coal-fired power generation, major highways, elevated road and railways, schools and universities, hospitals, marine work, industrial and high rise commercial developments.
