Greg has advised numerous clients on transaction related valuation issues for strategic planning, tax and financial reporting in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring.
His experience includes the valuation of patented and unpatented technology, licenses, trademarks and trade names, brands, customer contracts and other intangible assets. Additionally, he has significant experience with business enterprise valuation, equity valuation and the valuation of financial instruments.
