His expertise includes financial and transaction advisory, strategic M&A advisory, valuation and financial analysis within the healthcare provider space.
Prior to joining Navigant, Bryan served in a prominent consulting firm's Healthcare’s Financial Advisory and Valuation Services practice, where he advised clients through the transaction life cycle. Prior to Bryan’s consulting experience, he served a private equity backed healthcare investment firm focused on investing indeveloping and managing surgical hospitals and surgery centers. There he assisted in the evaluation and completion of acquisitions and joint ventures with the purpose of analyzing healthcare provider investment opportunities to ensure investment profiles fit within the parameters of private equity expectations.
