Dave Brown is a Director in the Global Construction practice, focusing on the healthcare real estate segment. He has an extensive healthcare architecture background, with more than 20 of his 35 years of industry experience, dedicated to healthcare design and construction.
In his various roles he has built and led a healthcare design practice, been in charge of over 100 healt care related construction projects, and been the project executive for five open, operating greenfield replacement hospitals. He has completed design and implementation for more than ten hospital and regional medical centers and led the planning and design of 15 medical office buildings and four psychiatric facilities. He has managed over $1.0 billion in total project value and participated in multiple “due diligence” assignments requiring the analysis of major capital projects
