Kim Brady is a Managing Director with Navigant Capital Advisors. He is skilled at executing capital and operating restructuring of underperforming businesses, business unit divestitures, improving and managing cash flow, and developing profit improvement strategies. Mr. Brady has structured and overseen the successful reorganization and disposition of over 150 business units and consummated over $3.0 billion in transactions. He has also developed and implemented operational rehabilitation plans, and provided distressed investment banking and private placements in a variety of industries.
