Ryan Bilbrey is a Director in the Discovery Services practice of Navigant. Mr. Bilbrey has 18 years experience in litigation and investigation projects, directing the identification, collection, analysis, processing, and hosted review of electronically stored information (ESI). Mr. Bilbrey’s experience includes projects for clients in the financial services, consumer products, education, manufacturing, health care, energy, technology, communications, pharmaceutical, and entertainment industries, as well as the U.S. Government.
Mr. Bilbrey has provided expert testimony in deposition regarding financial and accounting database analysis, as well as in the area of data backup, retention protocols, and restoration of data. He has provided expert testimony in federal court related to the collec! tion and processing of ESI.
