Martin Biegelman is a Director in Navigant’s Disputes and Investigations Practice focusing on FCPA and anti-corruption compliance, financial investigations, due diligence and corporate compliance design and implementation. Throughout his more than 35-year career, he has held leadership positions in law enforcement, consulting and the corporate sector and is widely considered to be a subject matter expert in the detection, investigation, and prevention of fraud and corruption.

Martin has conducted and managed hundreds of complex and high-risk internal investigations in more than 70 countries. He founded Microsoft Corporation’s Financial Integrity Unit, a highly acclaimed global fraud prevention and anti-corruption program. He is also a thought leader in the field having authored several books on the FCPA and corporate compliance topics.
