Dan is a Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice. He is experienced in white collar defenses involving a variety of complex accounting and SEC reporting issues. He has assisted organizations and individuals and their counsel in resolving issues with auditors, regulators and other interested third parties. His work has included management of significant accounting investigations/matters involving millions of documents, and complex accounting, reporting, auditing and cash management issues. He has also managed matters involving fraud and embezzlement allegations, as well as provided on-site courtroom support in major accounting-related trials. Dan has been actively involved assisting the criminal and civil defense teams of some of the largest accounting fraud prosecutions to date.
He began his career as "Big 6" auditor, where he spent four years auditing financial statements.
