Nancy specializes in clinical operations, supply chain operations, physician engagement, surgical services, emergency room and critical care redesign and resource management. Nancy has successfully led process and supply chain projects across the US, Canada and the United Kingdom. She is certified in critical care, trauma and operating room nursing.
Nancy also founded and managed her own product research and development corporation in which she took several of her own product ideas from inception through the development, manufacturing, and marketing stages to the marketplace. Three of her ideas are patented. Nancy has been featured in several publications regarding her work including California Nursing Review and The Wall Street Journal.
