Mr Barry is a Managing Director in the London office of Navigant's Global Construction practice. He is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 40 years of experience advising on building and engineering projects around the world. He specialises in quantity surveying, procurement and contract advice, and forensic investigation. Mr. Barry's engineering experience includes highways; rail (both under- and over-ground); nuclear, fossil fuelled and renewable energy power stations; oil and gas plant and installations; airports; major infrastructure projects; and highly serviced mechanical and electrical installations.
Paul has been appointed as an expert on a number of disputes, acting for both claimant and defendant/respondent. He has given evidence in the High Court and at arbitration under UK and ICC rules. Paul is a RICS registered expert witness and specialist Bond Solon has accredited him. He is also a successful mediator.
