Brent Barkett is a Director in the Energy practice. With over 10 years experience in the utility and energy industries, Mr. Barkett has examined cost-effectiveness and impacts associated with numerous energy efficiency and demand response programs. Many projects used program theory and logic models to assess broader market effects attributable to market transformational efforts.
Mr. Barkett has successfully managed numerous projects during his tenure ranging from short-duration, targeted DSM studies to multi-year, large-scale evaluations of DSM program portfolios. Mr. Barkett served as the Chair of the Association of Energy Services Professionals' Pricing and Demand Response Topic Committee for five years, which provided access to projects and individuals at the forefront of pricing and demand response program development and evaluation efforts.
