Working in the healthcare industry for more than 30 years, Armand Balsano has extensive consulting experience in strategic planning, business development, operations, and financial analysis. His clients include large health systems, community hospitals and specialty care providers.
His experience includes the development of a strategic plan for a multi-hospital system serving four distinct geographical markets. As a financial expert, Mr. Balsano frequently assists clients with evaluating the financial feasibility of new projects and the financial impact of strategic initiatives. Additionally, he is qualified in numerous states as an expert witness in the areas of healthcare planning and financial feasibility.
Mr. Balsano has held positions as manager with a national accounting and consulting firm and as principal with other regional consulting groups. He has served as Chief Operating Officer for an acute care hospital, held corporate management positions, and served as administrator of a post acute facility.
