Steve is a Director in Navigant's Financial Services practice, and has over 17 years of experience consulting to financial services clients. During his extensive career, Steve has helped major clients in the life and pensions industry plan, design and deliver large-scale, IT-enabled change programmes. He has also focused on delivering cost reduction and service improvement in operations by process re-engineering and sourcing, and deploying IT solutions to deliver distribution strategies. He has delivered a number of large-scale outsourcing and offshore deals for financial services clients and also leads Navigant's IT Benchmarking service.
