Linda is a director in Navigant's Healthcare practice and is a registered health information administrator (RHIA) with 30 years of relevant experience in health information management, systems and technology. She is a subject matter expert in current industry practices, especially, Revenue Cycle Process Improvement, CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement), RAC (Recovery Audit Contractors), ICD-10 and ACO (Accountable Care Organizations), HIPAA and HIE (Health Information Exchange). She has been dedicated to automating processes that generate, analyze, store, retrieve and exchange clinical health information for the improvement of clinical process and outcomes.
Linda was a corporate Vice President/CIO for thirteen years with administrative control of IT, HIM, Laboratory and Communications. She is currently responsible for client relationships: project delivery end to end revenue cycle, clinical documentation improvement, health information exchange, CIS/HIS implementations, strategic planning and operational performance improvement engagements.
