Dr. Arenchild is a Director in the Energy practice, and has more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Currently, his primary focus is on market power issues in the electric industry. He also has supported various large regulatory and litigation projects, including analyzing claims of market manipulation, and provided clients guidance on compliance issues. Dr. Arenchild has testified before FERC and appeared before industry groups and state regulatory commissions.
