Robert E. Annas, is a Managing Director with Navigant Capital Advisors and specializes in both capital and operating restructurings on behalf of the firm's clients. He has over 20 years of experience, including 12 years of working and advising in turnaround situations, mergers & acquisition advisory, portfolio management and private equity, as well as facilitating acquisitions through multiple transaction vehicles including Chapter 11 §363 sales, UCC Article 9 foreclosures, secondary market distressed debt purchases and leveraged buyouts.
Prior to joining Navigant, Mr. Annas served in two private equity roles the most recent as a Partner with Atlanta Equity Investors, LLC, a middle market-focused private equity fund and as a Managing Director at Patriarch Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for a portfolio of over $1 billion of debt and private equity investments.
