In the featured article of the February 2012 issue of BNA’s Federal Contracts Report magazine, Pete McDonald of Navigant provides insights on the Most Favored Customer (‘‘MFC’’) clause in Federal Supply Schedule contracts. The General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule Program (MAS) has enabled government agencies to purchase a wide array of commercial products and services under Federal supply schedule contracts. Today, the MAS program is the largest interagency government contracting program and represents a significant part of the government’s annual budget.
