Business Services Quarterly Dialogue (4Q10)
By
Gregory
Hagood
In the Fourth Quarter 2010 issue of Navigant Capital Advisors' Business Services Quarterly Dialogue, Gregory Hagood reports that notwithstanding a pullback in recent merger and acquisition activity, most sectors of the Business Services universe substantially outperformed the broader indices. In particular, HR Services, Temporary Staffing and Information Services sectors were up significantly, as investors expect that the current climate of modest growth combined with longer term uncertainty would result in greater demand for outsourced HR services and staffing support. Mr. Hagood further expects private equity firms to become increasingly aggressive as we move into 2011, seeking to deploy capital and take advantage of growth opportunities resulting from an economic recovery.
