Patient journey, insights into key stakeholder decision processes
Navigant was engaged by a leading global pharmaceutical company to develop a patient flow model to support the global launch of a novel product. The patient journey analysis helped our client understand current behaviors and drivers of behavior, and identify opportunities to adapt, as necessary. The client utilized the results of the patient flow to develop forecast models at the geographical level and consolidated the country models to produce an overall global forecast.
