Navigant’s Diversity & Inclusion Program is committed to fostering a progressive work environment that creates awareness, supports an open exchange of ideas and encourages a collaborative culture. Our inclusion initiative helps us all more deeply understand and appreciate the needs of our colleagues and clients. Navigant recognizes that its employees bring different interests, goals and perspectives to the Diversity & Inclusion Program. The Firm has created Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that provide all employees companywide with virtual and office based opportunities to connect to the Program and with each other.

Navigant Makes “Equality Our Business”


In April 2015, Navigant’s Chairman and CEO, Julie Howard signed HRC’s “Equality is Our Business” statement on behalf of Navigant, which takes a stand against bills that allow individuals and businesses to discriminate against LBGTA and other minorities. We support a global progressive work environment that fosters education and awareness, supports an open exchange of ideas and encourages a collaborative culture.

Dedication to Diversity

Navigant’s Diversity & Inclusion program helps employees forge new relationships, share expertise and advice and receive valuable feedback and insights. It allows our professionals to grow their internal and external networks, develop a greater affinity for different experiences and enhance cultural competency—a vital leadership skill in today’s global business environment.

Employee Resource Groups

For those whose interests, participation objectives and networking goals relate to a specific affinity group, Navigant has developed a robust program of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Employees do not have to identify with an affinity group to participate. The following ERGs support members as they collaborate and network with colleagues: Latino Ancestry, Asian Ancestry, Black/African Ancestry, Women, Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender and Allies (LGBTA) and Young Professionals.

Navigant works to connect members of each group at local offices and Firmwide with networking activities, client-related events, professional and personal development, and community service projects. Activities relate to one or more core program objectives, including awareness, connection, personal and professional development and network building, all designed to support each employee in achieving his or her aspirations.
