Navigant employees contribute thousands of hours each year to local organizations. We embrace skills-based volunteerism so the same best-in-class service that we offer our clients – our thought leadership, experience and expertise—can be shared with communities in need. Our efforts are guided by a commitment to educate and empower tomorrow's leaders through mentorship alliances, partnerships with schools, participation in literacy and community welfare programs, board memberships and pro bono financial and legal assistance.
To deepen the impact achieved from our employees’ in-kind contributions of time and expertise, Navigant has donated more than $4 million in the past 5 years to charitable organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Navigant has established two foundations to distribute financial contributions: The Lending a Hand Foundation, a United States’ registered 501(c)3 organization since 2005 and The Navigant Foundation, established in 2008 and registered in England, Wales and Scotland. Please be aware that our Foundation does not consider unsolicited requests for funding.
